Red Hat
Senior UX at Red Hat—redhat.com homepage and navigation, then docs.redhat.com and Unified Learn.
I’ve been a senior UX designer at Red Hat since 2021, based in Vermont and working on enterprise digital platforms—first redhat.com, now primarily docs.redhat.com. The work is systems-heavy: big catalogs, embedded engineers, content strategists, and surfaces that have to hold up for years.
Two chapters so far:
redhat.com — homepage, navigation, and research
My first couple of years focused on redhat.com—simplifying a homepage that had been featuring dozens of products, redesigning the global product navigation away from a “wall of products,” refreshing resource page templates, and co-leading Summit research with customers in the room.
Unified Learn — documentation and learning
Since then I’ve led design on docs.redhat.com (~55k weekday visitors). The platform started as product documentation and has grown into Unified Learn—documentation, learning paths, tutorials, and more under one URL while docs.redhat.com remains the address customers know.
