There’s slack group at work dedicated to art, and it’s great. For the past couple years has been a breakout group dedicated to art challenges. This is the only reason I’ve gotten into these in October challenges really, we just share them with each other. But I find that that prompt that little nudge is huge for motivation for me., There is an also a walking challenge that I’ve been a part of at work that averaged my daily step count over 10,000 compared to the 3000 usual.

This year I took part in Inktober, the month-long challenge of making one ink drawing a day from a prompt list.
